Man saying he was Jose Luis Cortez stated he had my child and was going to kill her for what she saw unless I gave him $1000 dollars. He said that he will call me back to talk about killing my ex-husbands too. When he told me that my daughter's name was Crystal, I knew he had the wrong person and hung up.
